- Any Safety seals can not be damaged and all labels are retained

- The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model (evidence is needed)
- The item is used, defective or in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed)
- The shipment went missing

- There are not charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping If the item(s) doesn't offer free return, otherwise there will not be shipping charges

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Customized clothes, products, or services.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 business days
